New Home Warranty Process
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Singh home. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer. As you know, your new home comes with a twelve (12) month Limited Warranty. Let’s review the highlights:
The first step in the warranty process is the Customer Orientation Walk-Through inspection that is done a few days before the closing of your home. At that time, our Customer Pre-Occupancy Report is prepared with a list of your concerns, if any, to be addressed. Although our goal is to always complete those punch list items before the closing, some items may remain to be done after. If that is the case, our goal is to have those items completed within thirty (30) days of your closing date.
The second step is an optional sixty (60) day warranty review. During the first two months that you are in your home, we ask that you take note of any concerns that are covered under the Limited Warranty and contact our Customer Service Department to schedule a review date and time. Our warranty service representative will meet with you to document any concerns you may have and set up any repairs that are covered.
The third step is the twelve (12) month warranty review. We ask that you contact our Customer Service Department, if need be, to schedule a review date and time. Our warranty service representative will meet with you on your 12-month review date to discuss and document any concerns.
It is our goal to complete these items in a timely manner and in one visit; however, follow-up appointments may be necessary to complete them all.
