With our continued focus on our Tradition of Excellence towards workmanship and quality as well as customer satisfaction, we have a back office support team that includes a Purchasing department and a Residential Designer that can accommodate custom selections and design changes for our popular home plans.

From Humble Beginnings to a Nationally Ranked Organization

We built our first home subdivision and apartment community in southeast Michigan in 1973. Singh has since grown into a multifaceted business by successfully developing and building upscale apartment communities, luxury single family subdivisions and homes, Waltonwood senior living communities and premier commercial properties. Our corporate offices are located in West Bloomfield, Michigan and Cary, North Carolina.

Singh’s strategy is to design, build and market high quality real estate developments, as well as manage and retain ownership of revenue-producing properties in premier locations.

We continue to expand into new and fast-growing markets across the country. Our newest Singh communities within MI are located in Novi, Canton, and South Lyon. Singh also has developments in North Carolina as well as throughout the Atlantic Coast.
