Singh is excited to announce its expansion to the Mid-Atlantic market with the opening of its newest office in the Raleigh-Durham Metropolitan Area, located on Weston Parkway in Cary , North Carolina . From this office, Singh will focus on delivering new luxury housing developments in the Raleigh , NC ; Charlotte , NC ; Richmond , VA ; Atlanta , GA ; and other markets in this region.

Singh already has several new projects planned for development, the first of which will be Waltonwood Cary Parkway, a new senior community to be located at the northwest corner of US-1/US-64 and Cary Parkway in Cary , NC. This project is approved and construction has already begun.
