Singh is a family owned company and as a resident, tenant, client or employee of any Singh division, you are part of our family. The Singh for Me program is not only a way to earn some extra cash but another way we can show our appreciation for you and your support!

If you refer a resident to one of our Waltonwood senior communites you will receive $1000! The resident must be new to Waltonwood and your name must be mentioned on their first visit. The prospective resident must also end up signing a 12 month lease or respite.
Current residents of a Waltonwood community that refer someone can trade the $1,000 for 1 month’s free rent.

If you refer a resident to any one of our 15 apartment home communities you will receive $300! The resident must be new to Singh apartment homes and your name must be mentioned on their first visit. The prospective resident must also end up signing a 12 month lease.

If you refer a resident to any of our Singh Home communities you will receive $2,500! The resident must be a new home owner to Singh and they must mention your name upon intial contact. The purchase of the home must also be complete before the referral bonus is received.

If you refer a tenant to any Singh commercial property you will receive $500! The tenant must be new to Singh's commercial properties and must mention your name upon initial contact as well as sign a lease.

If you refer a client to Singh Suite's furnished housing you can earn up to $200 a month on a 12 month lease! It must be a new client to Singh Suite's and your name must be mentioned as a referral on the first visit.
